Critical crash information is sent over e-call to emergency services and recorded for post-crash analysis.
What you'll do?
As Account Manager, you are responsible for our key customers for all the products and systems sold to them.
You manage this account by ensuring the loyalty of existing customers through commercial management activities, including Contract Manufacturing.
Based on the specific customer specifications and the Business plan, your main responsibilities will be:
Customer relationships
- Define and promote the offer and carry out relationship management actions.
- Build a personalized relationship with each client.
- Meet customers on their site.
- Manage complaints and issues.
Commercial management and monitoring
- Evaluate and report customer needs and requests - voice of the customer within Veoneer
- Ensure the coordination and cooperation of the various internal stakeholders to guarantee quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in commercial negotiations in close collaboration with internal teams and your management.
- Prepare quotes and contract negotiations.
- Ensure the implementation of production capacities and technical solutions are in line with customer expectations and in accordance with the company's strategic plan.
- Identify additional sales opportunities.
- Carry out reporting of commercial activities to senior management.
- Track customer data in computer systems.
- Ensure price consistency across the product range.
- Participate in audits (internal and/or external).
- Participate in project management monitoring activities.
- Control invoicing, account receivables, logistics and quality/warranty costs.
- Responsible for account P&Ls.
- Central interface for the customer account within Veoneer.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance, Master preferred.
5 years of experience in automotive industry, with proficiency in customer/supplier relationships - direct customer facing roles
General technical bases in electronics, industrial computing, embedded systems
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent in English
Computer Skills: MS Office applications
You may have to travel occasionally to other Veoneer sites or supplier sites internationally if needed
